Hotel a Sunset Beach

“Painfully average hotel. In-room hair dryer and iron were terrible. Iron leaked water all over my clothes instead of steaming. The bathroom door was awfully inconvenient to work around just to get to the shower. After flying in I wanted to have a long hot shower and I was met with a subpar fan to ventilate the steam, so the smoke detector started going off. Thankfully I spent almost zero time in my room during my trip. Not sure it was worth the amount I paid.”

“Great breakfast options and the view overlooking the water from the 2nd floor was nice! Loved hearing the trumpet at the naval base across the water during our early morning walk. We found quite a few sand dollars on the little beach area by the walking path! We will likely stay again when traveling the area!”

“The staff here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful! PLEASE SWAP OUT the small data boxes for the newer x boxes so we can access the channels or CUT THE CORD and cancel cable and get smart TV’s so guests can cast to the tv from our phones”

“For a Motel, this is well ran. For 1, the towels were as fluffy and soft as can be, which was great. Bring your own shower kit (soaps and whatnot), if you stay in motels you should plan on that anyway. Everything was very clean, some spots I saw could have been a little better, but nothing that was a big deal. It was cleaner than some hotels I've been to. The linens felt very nice, good quality. WiFi was good and fast! The folks running the place were very friendly. You can tell it's family...

“Beautifully updated and very clean room. Great balcony to enjoy the water view. Very fun spot for families or couples. Fire pits and beach. Various fun options to stay…rooms, cabins or RV hookups. Staff was great and prompt although she was there alone and trying to do a lot of tasks at one time but she was doing it very well! ”

“Water in bathroom did not work. Had to move. They wanted a 250 deposit for pet. I refused to pay. So they dropped to 100. I did get it back. Breakfast is a brown bag delivered. Rooms ha a nice view. Some people live there full time it looked like. Not staying there again ”

“Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard ”

“Cute little place, it was clean. A bit pricey for what you get. The bed we slept on was a little hard and not that comfortable. The hot tub was always full so didn't get a chance to go in that.... The experience was good I would def stay there again”

“Basics. Extremely limited breakfast. Coffee was good. Very funky odor in the hallway and room. Staff was pleasant. ”

“Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. ”
